Vickie is a seasoned Health Information Management professional with extensive experience in professional and hospital outpatient coding, auditing, and workflow optimization. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for helping organizations improve the efficiency and accuracy of their coding operations while strengthening overall revenue integrity.
With leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary coding teams, Vickie brings a strategic and systems-focused approach to health information services. She specializes in developing structured, repeatable processes that streamline workflows, reduce rework, and support consistent, high-quality outcomes for healthcare organizations.
